TITLE: Civil Technician B

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Safely perform carpentry, plumbing, concrete, law care, auditing of safety and meetings, data entry assistance.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• GED / High School Diploma preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain safe work environment
• Customer oriented, following requests and reporting promptly to emergencies.
• Minimizing costs with safety and quality the focus.
• Supporting company goals and policies.
• Determining causes of operability problems and deciding what to do about it. (trouble shooting)
• Active learning – understanding the implications of new information for both current and future
• problem solving and decision making.
• Attention to detail
• Dependability – job requires being reliable, responsible (fulfilling obligations)
• Initiative – requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
• Cooperation – requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a cooperative attitude.
• Participate in 5S (including audits, maintaining of 5S)
• Ability to write and train SOP
• Active participant of TPM
• Judgement Decision Making – Able to determine through cost, benefits, actions the correct decisions        and directions.
• Time Management – Appropriately managing his/her own time and the time of others.
• Coordination – Ability to adjust to “unforeseen” problems.
• Production and Process – knowledge of materials cost, inventory control

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Inside and outside environments apply.
• Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot).
• Subject to noise.
