Responsibilities:
1. Identify Tiktok SMB advertisers' pain points throughout the entire lifecycle from leads nurturing, onboarding, to early-stage retention and reactivation.
2. Design lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive business metrics across all channels, including in-platform channel, Email, SMS, Voice Call, Whatsapp, etc.
3. Collaborate with product and RD teams to utilize AI for automatic and personalized marketing campaigns.
4. Oversee the performance of all channels for reaching advertisers, and keep devising strategies to improve channels coverage and customer engagement.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with deep understanding in Ads and Growth. 3 years and above experience in B2B lifecycle marketing is preferred.
2. Profound customer-centric mindset, able to design content copies from customers' perspective.
3. Excellent data analysis skills and a strong goal-oriented mindset. Adept at uncovering insights from data, identifying core issues and driving strategy optimization to achieve business targets.
4. Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across different time zones. Bilingual (Fluent English and Mandarin speaking skills) are required.
