Your Role
As an LPN with IntelliChoice, you will provide individualized care to patients with complex medical needs, including trach and vent-dependent individuals of all ages. You will work closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care in a safe, comfortable home environment.
Requirements
Current LPN license in North Carolina or a compact state
Current CPR certification (in-person only)
TB skin test completed within the past 12 months
