This position requires a broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires close interaction with cross-functional teams such as Architecture, Design, Pre-silicon and Post-Silicon validation teams to define and execute Pre-Silicon test content and provide feedback based on validation results.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop validation strategies, plans and methodologies, teaming up with designers, architects, manufacturing and pre-silicon teams and other cross functional organizations.
• Develop and enable test content to meet pre-silicon power-performance validation requirements as well as automation software and platform level tools for debug.
• Execute validation plans, perform debug to root cause issues, and enable robust design fixes.
• Use simulation and emulation test environments to produce test results.
• Report test results, including product risk/health assessment from a power and performance standpoint.
• Willing to deliver high-quality output against deadlines and able to work effectively in a cross-site team environment.
