About this role

Job Details:

Job Description: 

Performs various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project related activities in support of senior and executive level staff. Provides advanced support to senior executives by regularly handling confidential information and performing advanced administrative support. Coordinates phone calls and directs calls to the right stakeholders. Helps prepare for meetings and accurately records minutes from the meetings. Provides real time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Manages calendars, travel arrangements and expense reporting for one or more executives or managers. Collects data and conducts data analysis to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives. Manages records databases. Collaborates with administrative and/or operational staff to exchange data and information that enables budget planning and expense control. Builds administrative community, provides learning and training opportunities for other administrative support staff.

  • ​Demonstrates competence, practical approach, and effective communication skills, with executive experience and strong interpersonal abilities to engage various audiences and build relationships
  • Strong proficiency and experience working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and financial systems
  • Expertise in MSFT Office apps, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with MSFT Teams
  • Experience booking complex domestic and international travel

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree

3 + years experience in Executive Administration position

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $107,320.00-151,510.00 USD (Hourly Role)
