The Project Manager-Is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned customer projects and the technicians supporting the field work. This includes planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and leading cross-functional teams to meet project goals on time and within scope.



What You Will Be Doing

  • You will develop and maintain relationships with field technicians, office personnel, and new and existing clients.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating with technicians and customers to maintain current and future projects. 
  • Providing labor forecasting on a quarterly basis. 
  • Provide GM progress updates on job progress, expanded labor, profit/loss status. 
  • Review projects under contract and determine best way to get the job completed. 
  • Prioritize TAB reports on importance of delivering to meet customer expectations. 

 

 What We Are Looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on Project Management experience managing projects and work teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Suite.

  • Has the ability to prioritize and organize. 
  • Displays good judgement with the ability to make fast decisions.
  • Effective time management. 
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints.
