We’re looking for a Manager, Data Science, to join our growing team!

What you'll do here:

• Manage a multidisciplinary team in designing, developing and applying Machine Learning model and LLM

• Help build the industry’s best data science team by keeping our specialists motivated and engaged in an agile environment and helping them grow their careers.

• Collaborate with partners across the company to develop our AI vision, identify and prioritize AI use cases and implement solutions.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of five years’ professional experience in an analytical and innovative environment, including at least two years in management or coaching.

• Data science enthusiasts with a background in a related field, including (but not limited to): Machine learning, Computer science, Software engineering, Physics, Actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics.

• Previous experience in insurance or data science is an asset.

• Strong communication, time management and work organization skills.
