You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that objectives for the transition and all subsequent operational projects are met with precision. • Operational Support: Beyond the system transition, provide ongoing BA support for diverse operational needs, process improvements, and ad-hoc business initiatives within the Trade Credit department.

  • Stakeholder Synthesis: Facilitate sessions with national stakeholders to seek consensus on differing interests, manage priorities, and remove roadblocks to keep teams on plan.

  • End-to-End Analysis: Analyze complex data sources to provide actionable recommendations; create guides and visual documentation to bridge the gap between IT and business users.

  • Quality & Change Management: Identify change and provide QA during test planning and execution to ensure the integrity of the Trade Credit systems and workflows.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience with SaaS is required.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.

  • Analytical Skills: Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple files and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Language:  Bilingualism (English/French) is required. Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience in Functional Analysis and Business Process Review..

    • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI and other project systems.

Key Competencies

  • Adaptability: Ability to pivot between high-level system transition strategy and day-to-day operational BA tasks.
