Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We’re looking for an Administrative Support I to join our growing team!

 

What you’ll do here:

  • Perform various administrative tasks such as sending documents, materials and correspondence, performing data entry, scanning and filing documents, etc.

  • Perform file management processes.

  • Handle various requests and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.  

  • Copy data from documents or databases using our standardized methods.

  • Respond to a variety of requests.

  • Provide support to projects or new initiatives as needed.

  • Process salvage administrative support requests (total loss – auto insurance).

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Administrative technician diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least three years of experience in an office environment.

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage workflow without continuous supervision.

  • Ability to work as part of a team, positive attitude.

  • Ability and willingness to learn.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • No Canadian work experience is required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
