Functieoverzicht Territory Manager Noord-West Nederland

Als Territory Manager (TM) Noord-West Nederland werk je samen met de lokale Insulet Clinical Services Managers (CSM) en de Clinical Product Educator (CPE) om te voldoen aan de klinische en commerciële behoeften van de regio, het stimuleren van het gebruik van Insulet-producten en het opvolgen en behouden van patiënten die Insulet-producten gebruiken.

De functie omvat interactie met diverse zorgprofessionals, waaronder endocrinologen, diabetesverpleegkundigen, pompspecialisten en leden van multidisciplinaire diabetesteams.

Deze functie is verantwoordelijk en aansprakelijk voor het behalen van de doelstellingen door middel van profilering, targeting en behoefteanalyse bij zorgprofessionals (Endocrinologen, Diabetesverpleegkundige e.d.) en belangrijke diabetesinstellingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
De Territory Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de doelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze doelstellingen binnen de richtlijnen van de Insulet Corporation vallen. De Territory Manager zal het bedrijf en de merkloyaliteit uitbreiden binnen strategische accounts bestaande uit grote diabetesklinieken, academische ziekenhuizen en andere grote medische centra. De Territory Manager bezoekt klanten om hun bewustzijnsniveau te verhogen en de vraag naar het productassortiment van Insulet Corporation binnen het toegewezen regio te vergroten.

  • Behaalt resultaten conform de doelstellingen binnen de toegewezen regio.
  • Ontwikkelt en onderhoudt relaties met belangrijke klanten en op het gebied van diabetes.
  • Toont consequent een hoog niveau van bekwaamheid en expertise in het bespreken en demonstreren van Insulet Corporation-producten, evenals alle gerelateerde diabetesproducten.
  • Bekwaamheid in het demonstreren en trainen in alle aanvullende Insulet data management software.
  • Geeft prioriteit aan accountsegmentatie via de accountplannen.
  • Bouwt en onderhoud relaties met professionele diabetesorganisaties.
  • Werkt effectief en productief samen met collega’s in het Benelux team.
  • Rondt alle administratieve taken tijdig af en werkt binnen het gespecificeerde budget.
  • Voert andere taken uit zoals toegewezen.

Opleiding en ervaring:
Minimale vereisten:

  • Bachelor’s degree, of gelijkwaardig niveau en minimaal 5 jaar verkoopervaring met een bewezen succesvolle trackrecord.

Voorkeursvaardigheden en competenties:

  • Eerdere verkoopervaring in medische apparatuur en/of specialisatie in diabetes is sterk gewenst.
  • Aantoonbare relaties met endocrinologen en diabetesverpleegkundige zijn sterk gewenst.
  • Eerdere ervaring in de medische industrie en kennis van diabetes product trainingen is gewenst.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Sterke presentatievaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om sales- en marketingplannen uit te voeren en het beheren van het rayon budget.
  • Vermogen om te functioneren in een snel veranderende omgeving; resultaatgericht.
  • Teamspeler met ervaring in direct contact met zorgprofessionals en mensen met diabetes.
  • Vaardigheid met computers.

Fysieke vereisten:

  • Geldig B-rijbewijs vereist. Woonachtig binnen het toegewezen rayon. Deze functie vereist regelmatig zakelijk reizen, meestal per auto binnen een vastgesteld geografisch gebied.
  • Overnachtingen en het aantal vliegreizen varieert per gebied, doorgaans 1 - 3 overnachtingen per maand.
  • Vermogen om professionele producten en literatuur te dragen en te vervoeren.
