Overview

Instacart is hiring a Program Analyst, Legal Compliance Program to support the Legal Risk and Compliance function and the systems and workflows that enable the compliance program to be visible, efficient and effective. You will focus on execution, data analyst, tooling support, reporting, documentation, and workflow upkeep across the Risk and Compliance teams.

This role sits within Risk and Compliance in the Legal organization. You will partner closely with Legal and business stakeholders to collect and analyze data, support workflows, maintain tools, troubleshoot issues, and track operational improvements. This is an individual contributor role focused on support and execution rather than ownership of strategy or tooling architecture.

This role sits within the Risk & Compliance team and operates as a force-multiplier for the team: you’ll connect data to on-the-ground compliance execution, ensuring that requirements are monitored, evaluated and actioned. This is an individual contributor role, while you won’t have direct reports, but you’ll support complex, multi-org programs and influence senior stakeholders across the company.
