We embrace a people-first culture by offering excellent benefits, 401k matching, ESPP, flexible time off (FTO), and tuition reimbursement.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you’re passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and want to work with innovative technology, come be a part of our great team!&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Field Clinical Representative provides technical and clinical expertise, educational and field support to ensure the safe adoption of the Inspire therapy and products. &nbsp;The FCR is responsible for working with customers, physicians, clinic staff and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.&nbsp; &nbsp;#LI-Remote</p> <p><strong>OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned hospitals and clinics.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region to account clinical staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews, in servicing and support.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist customers in device troubleshooting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with sales personnel on appropriate training/support for targeted customers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively disseminate peer-reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and assigned sales team as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide technical expertise for assigned regional education and training activities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors’ degree and 2+ years of related clinical, healthcare or medical device industry experience (OR) Bachelor's degree and 1+ years applicable Inspire experience (OR) an Associates’ degree or&nbsp;Professional Certification and 5+ years of related clinical/healthcare or medical device industry experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong computer skills with MS office including PowerPoint and Excel.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Problem solving/trouble shooting skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to travel (including overnights as needed) within territory.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Nursing, Engineering, Science or technical discipline.&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous Operating Room (surgical) coverage with implantable devices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);">#LI-Remote</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
