About this role

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

Manages the development of Inspire Brands to expand market presence and support the growth and transformation of the brands. Activities result in profitable new alternative distribution pointsThis is accomplished by selling franchises through building relationships with potential landlords in nontraditional venues, commercial food service operators, concessionaires and other nontraditional operators, ongoing coaching, and counseling of existing franchisees, as well as interaction with real estate brokers, governmental authorities, and other Inspire Brands associates. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Pipeline Growth - 70%

  • Shepard new locations from lead to design and construction   
  • Relationship Managment - franchisees 
  • Opportunity evaluation 
  • Franchisee qualifications 
  • Site specific data collection 
  • Requesting Franchise agreement 
  • Initiates communication on the opportunity to internal constituents   

Internal collaboration with cross functional teams - 10%

Systems Management - 20%

Education Requirements 

  • Bachelor's Degree(preferred) Business, Marketing or related field

Years Of Experience 

  • 3 Years experience in

    Non-Traditional industry experience Franchising Sales 

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES 

  • Salesforce (preferred) 

  • Financial Disclosure Document Process 

  • Project Management 

  • Prior experience working with large food service providers/concessionaires for brand selection 

  • Non-Traditional/B2B Sales 

Travel Required 

  • (10%) Industry conferences, team meetings, prospecting 

Salary: $85,081 - $167,010 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.

The Company anticipates accepting applications until 10/21/2025.

Employees (and their families) may elect to be covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, and can enroll in our company’s 401K plan. Employees receive a PTO plan plus up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and are eligible to participate in the company bonus program.
