About this role
Insitu has an immediate need 12-month contract for a Manufacturing Technician, this is a 100% onsite role in Bingen, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career with unmanned aircrafts. This role is responsible for:
- Performs assembly, disassembly, repair, installation, and/or inspection tasks on system modules and performs modular assembly.
- Tests and calibrates electrostatic discharge (ESD) stations and other test equipment and records calibration data.
- Programs air vehicle and ground control station (GCS) systems.
- Reviews and updates technical documentations.
- Maintains test and calibrated tools and equipment and performs simple measurements.
- Uses and maintains hand and/or power tools.
- Completes routine business and required documentation.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, repair and/or technician role or comparable combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Bingen, WA.
- Knowledge of networking, testing and troubleshooting electronics is a strong plus!
- Use and maintain hand and power tools.
