Sr Mgr AI Development

As a Sr. Manager of AI Development, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing technical team while overseeing the management and continuous improvement of Insight’s business‑critical AI systems and applications. You will set technical strategy, define standards and security best practices, and ensure solutions align with evolving Artificial Intelligence trends and business needs.

About the role

As a Sr. Manager of AI Development, you will guide the career development of a global technical team while ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of AI‑driven systems and applications. We will count on you to define technical strategy, enforce engineering and security standards, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. • Proven experience managing and motivating high‑performing technical teams in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing business‑critical systems, including applications, infrastructure, and services.
•  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, build trust, and communicate effectively.
• Expertise in industry good‑practice methodologies, security standards, and project management, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
