We’re a passionate bunch with high ambition – we collaborate, innovate, support each other, and leave egos at the door.</p><figure><lite-vimeo videoid="909094847" title="Play: Video"></lite-vimeo></figure><p><br><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>A hands on field-based role to repair our parcel lockers on client’s sites, task include Break-fix, Maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors. Actively involved in developing new solutions and maintaining technical documentation.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diagnosing and repairing faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs) on site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.</p></li><li><p>Maintenance and modernisation of parcel locker machines, including implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Diagnostics, reconfiguration, and installation of computer software or firmware for computer, electronic, and electromechanical equipment, ensuring compatibility and security compliance.</p></li><li><p>Processing and reporting on assigned repairs using communication channels utilised within the organisation</p></li><li><p>Managing tools and components for parcel locker machines.</p></li><li><p>Handling systems for managing personnel-related matters.</p></li><li><p>Quality control of work performed by internal employees and subcontractors ensuring adherence to technical standards, contractual agreements, and company guidelines</p></li><li><p>Providing technical and substantive support to employees and subcontractors (including international ones) via communication and IT channels used within the company.</p></li><li><p>Participating in the development of solutions for new types of parcel locker machines.</p></li><li><p>Preparing and updating technical manuals and documentation.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we need from you:</strong></p><p>We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently.
