Inova Fair Oaks Hospital – ED is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team.
This role will be Full Time | Nights | 7PM – 7:30PM | Days Vary | Rotating weekends & holidays

Clinical Technician 1 - Job Responsibilities:

- Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurse.
- Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
- Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
- Training: Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:
- Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
- Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
- Virtual training modules.
- On-unit shifts
- May perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
