Inova Fairfax – Rehabilitation Therapy is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) – Lymphedema to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Responsibilities:
Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Communicates effectively with patients, family, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts while completing all administrative tasks and other responsibilities in support of the operating unit.
Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols while performing re-evaluations, according to department guidelines, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed.
Selects evaluation and treatment methods appropriate to patients' diagnosis, age group, and physical/emotional status while formulating appropriate treatment plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Licensure: Occupational Therapist licensed
- Experience: 0 years of experience
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.

What you'll do
- The Occupational Therapist will adhere to department policies for evaluations and communicate effectively with patients and the care team. They will demonstrate skill competencies in treatment modalities and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
