Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the continuous improvement of INNIO’s LMS and Training Center web app 
    • Act as key interface between the Training Center team, IT and the external LMS vendor 
    • Lead the collection, challenge and prioritization of enhancement requests; manage JIRA tickets 
    • Own the annual enhancement roadmap, including approvals and budget 
    • Manage and document testing and production rollouts 

  • Manage the training reporting portfolio 
    • Gather and challenge reporting requirements from stakeholders 
    • Define reporting solutions with the external vendor and/or internal BI team 
    • Create, maintain and regularly share reports and dashboards 
  • Develop effective training courses for adults
    • Analyze training needs and guide subject matter experts to define effective learning objectives and content
    • Produce eTrainings, learning videos, and podcasts using authoring tools such as Knowledge Worker, Adobe Suite, Vyond, and Articulate
    • Ensure consistent use of INNIO Corporate Design 
    • Manage translation into 6 languages
    • Coordinate and document all necessary approvals
  • Manage & promote the roll‑out of training modules and programs 
    • Configure and publish courses and programs in the LMS
    • Promote offerings through appropriate communication channels

  • Drive continuous improvement of learning offerings 
    • Analyze learner and SME feedback and training metrics 
    • Share findings and recommendations with the team and SMEs 
    • Adjust content and processes to improve quality and consistency
       
  • Support and further develop the Field Service Certification Program 
    • Maintain certification structures in the LMS and track status 
    • Act as the go-to person for the certification program, sharing reports and supporting stakeholders
       
  • Coach and support colleagues & act as a role model for EHS and integrity 
    • Provide technical guidance on tools, processes and standards 
    • Coach junior colleagues and share best practices 
    • Comply with INNIO EHS and integrity policies (Code of Conduct) 

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in education, business or comparable studies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English and deliver clear presentations
  • Several years of experience in comparable role in training & development in technical and commercial environment
  • Proven track of successful designed/implemented training projects
  • Strong digital skills: expert in MS-Office, modern web tools, reporting software (e.g., Tableau), JIRA and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong project management and problem‑solving skills and reliablility driving initiatives to completion
  • Wokring in structured, detail‑oriented and accurate way
  • Feeling comfortable in working with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong service mindset and partner with colleagues, vendors and other stakeholders in a professional, solution‑focused and creative way
  • Passion for learning & development and for creating sustainable, cutting‑edge learning solutions
