Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen des nationalen und internationalen Steuerrechts mit Schwerpunkt Österreich und Deutschland
- Beratung und Betreuung bei Umstrukturierungen, Mergers & Acquisitions in steuerlicher Hinsicht
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, insbesondere in Bezug auf gesetzliche und latente Steuern
- Betreuung der Konzerngesellschaften bei steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen
- Erstellung von Ertragsteuererklärungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder der Rechtswissenschaften oder Gleichwertiges (FH, Finanzausbildung, Betriebsprüfer)
- Sehr gute Berufserfahrung in einer international tätigen Steuerberatungs- oder Wirtschaftstreuhandkanzlei oder einem internationalen Konzernunternehmen
- Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach UGB (HGB) und IFRS
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Home-Office Möglichkeit gegeben
- Postgraduale Ausbildung vorteilhaft
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften zur Erreichung der Geschäftsziele
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
