  • Megrendelések bevitele, érvényesítése és könyvelése a vevői igényeknek megfelelően
  • Megrendelések időben történő rögzítésének biztosítása
  • Az e-mailben beérkező vevői kérések szűrése és priorizálása
  • Szállítási dokumentumok, tanúsítványok és egyéb szükséges dokumentumok előkészítése
Mit várunk tőled?
  • Jelenleg felsőfokú tanulmányokat folytatsz alap vagy mesterképzésen (business administration, gazdaságtudományi, társadalomtudományi, stb. területen)
  • Szeretsz csapatban dolgozni, de az önálló munkavégzés sem jelent számodra problémát
  • Képes vagy sürgősség és fontosság alapján rangsorolni a feladataidat
  • Otthonosan kezeled az MS Office alkalmazásokat (elsősorban az Excelt)
  • Folyékonyan beszélsz magyarul és angolul is - mindkét nyelvet magabiztosan, szóban és írásban is kell tudnod használni
  • Az egyetem mellett heti 30-40 órában tudnál dolgozni
