We are seeking a Business Process Expert & Project Controller to drive process optimization, project management, and operational controlling in the newly formed Power Plant Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process management, project controlling, and digital transformation, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize process management, project controlling, and operational efficiency in the Power Plant Engineering Department
• Act as process expert: develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and templates, driving digitalization and standardization initiatives
• Manage and control projects, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and alignment with project requirements, quality standards, and technical specifications
• Coordinate and monitor engineering schedules, deliverables, and milestones, supporting technical reviews, design freeze meetings, and change management
• Support engineering teams in resolving technical issues, removing process bottlenecks, and providing training on best practices and process adherence
• Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, and other departments for seamless project execution, and prepare project documentation, status reports, and lessons learned
• Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and present project analysis, process maps, and optimization measures

Your Profile:

• Master’s or similar degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with 15+ years’ experience in process management, project controlling, and operational development
• Proven leadership in consulting, project management, and digital transformation, with expertise in operational controlling systems and engineering workflows
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar), production data acquisition tools, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
• Project Management Certification and business project controlling expertise; proficiency in IT tools like Adonis and JIRA
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English (B2 level or higher)
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, strong leadership and team coordination abilities, passion for continuous improvement, and ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
