Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain impactful KPIs that drive excellence in service delivery, efficiency, quality, and customer experience
- Provide clear, actionable analysis to empower data-driven decisions across the organization
- Support stakeholders in understanding the importance of metrics and help explain their purpose and how they are used
- Assist with regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly), contributing insights and ideas for improvement
- Help team members and leaders learn how to read data, find root causes, and suggest practical solutions
- Create and maintain intuitive dashboards that support KPI governance, with transparent definitions, ownership, and high data quality
- Foster accountability by monitoring commitments, tracking outcomes, and measuring progress on improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with leaders to transform performance discussions from reporting results to driving ongoing enhancement
- Proactively spot trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend targeted actions to optimize results
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Good experience in business analysis, service operations, or performance management
- First experience embedding performance management into day-to-day operations and facilitating performance reviews
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in industrial services, energy, or manufacturing sectors preferred
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
