What does it mean to be a Technical Solutions Specialist II?

In this position, you'll create reports and presentations with help from others to support business reviews and partner engagement activities. You'll assist Level I associates with technical questions and quality engagement with partners, providing guidance and support to help develop their technical capabilities. 

The TSS II makes meaningful impact with initiatives driven by leaders and senior level associates, taking advantage of opportunities to support fellow associates in a positive fashion that enables growth and development. A key aspect of this role is the ability to lead technology/vendor programs, driving results through enablement activities supporting ROI and business reviews with appropriate partners.

You'll work closely with your direct leader to assist in achieving department metrics and goals while serving as a trainer for technologies in which you are an expert.

What experience, knowledge & skills does a Technical Solutions Spec II need?

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to create reports and presentations with help from others.  

  • Assist Level I Associate with technical questions and quality engagement with partners.  

  • Make impact with initiatives driven by leaders and senior level associates.  

  • Take advantage of opportunities to support fellow associates in a positive fashion that enables growth and development.  

  • Ability to lead technology/vendor programs driving results through enablement activities supporting ROI and business reviews with appropriate partners.  

  • Ability to work with direct leader to assist in achieving department metrics and goals. Trainer for technologies they are experts in.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3-years’ experience in functional area OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5-years’ functional experience, preferably at a senior level.

  • Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $54,300.00 - $86,900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
