Job Description: 

Propósito del cargo:

Definir e implementar la estrategia comercial de la unidad de negocio asignada, enfocándose en la optimización y cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y de venta establecidos, alineándose a las políticas definidas y con claro foco en el Partner, entregando cotizaciones, respuesta a sus consultas y soluciones en tiempo y calidad esperada.

Funciones Principales:

  • Definir correctamente y conjunto con el fabricante el portafolio de productos.
  • Mantener stock saludable que permita el correcto desarrollo del negocio.
  • Mantener política de precios y márgenes que permitan una correcta rentabilidad del negocio.
  • Obtener una participación de mercado relevante y protagonista para la o las marcas que lidera
  • Definir y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para cumplir y sobrepasar proyecciones de ventas trimestrales/mensuales y anuales.
  • Realizar calls/reuniones semanales/mensuales/trimestrales con los Top Partners para revisar pipeline, realizar forecast y definir estrategia comercial a través de la plataforma corporativa.
  • Atender requerimientos de sus productos y enviar cotizaciones de precios, a través de la plataforma corporativa.
  • Informar las distintas iniciativas comerciales, nuevos lanzamientos, campañas y eventos a los Partners.
  • Realizar onboarding de nuevos Partners (canales) en ecosistema Ingram Micro, Ingram Micro Marketplace y marca/s a cargo
  • Construir y velar por una buena relación con los Partners y Vendor. Escalar potenciales problemas o requerimientos especiales.
  • Realizar entrenamientos/webinars comerciales, de productos y del funcionamiento del Marketplace de Ingram Micro.
  • Gestionar creación de campañas de marketing y eventos de generación de demanda para Partners.
  • Apalancar la estrategia comercial aprovechando el gran portafolio de soluciones de Ingram Micro prospectando oportunidades de Cross-Selling y Up-Selling.
  • Identificar y obtener certificaciones requeridas por la marca.

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniero Comercial o carrera afín.

  • Office nivel avanzado.

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en rol similar, idealmente en mayorista.
