Job description
A Product Manager plays a crucial role in guiding a product's development, ensuring it meets vendor and partner’s needs and aligns business goals. As an experienced Product Manager handling run-rate business and small-to-medium-sized projects with partners, your responsibilities likely include:
- Partner Collaboration: Working closely with vendors and partners to optimize product offerings, promotions, and market positioning and life cycle.
- Sales Enablement: Staying equipped together with the rest of sales teams with the right tools, training, and insights to drive product adaptation and revenue growth.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback, analyze data, and refine the product for maximum user satisfaction.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Keeping an eye on trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge and marketing events.
- Project Management: Driving initiatives that enhance product visibility and Attend assign Technical/Sales Training and Seminars
- Maintain close relations within existing pipeline, leads and projects in predefined portfolio
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge on technology and Slovenian market
- Excellent written and communication skills, Slovenian and English
- Basics grounding of the technical nature of IT products
- Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
- Customer orientated, approachable
