About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (Apple) to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will manage and grow the Australian channel relationship with Apple, working closely with the Vendor Manager to achieve margin and revenue targets. You will drive adoption, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure forecasting and reporting is accurate and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets for the Apple portfolio.
  • Drive Apple product adoption within the Apple Authorised Reseller base, building strong, long-term relationships at all levels, from executives to operational teams.
  • Act as the trusted advisor for all things Apple, guiding resellers on strategy, business growth, and execution.
  • Proactively engage with Apple to align on strategic growth plans and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive channel success, partner enablement, and execution of marketing campaigns to maximise Apple brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute reseller business plans, supporting end-user opportunities through presentations, visits, and strategic guidance.
  • Lead reseller education through training and enablement initiatives.
  • Represent Ingram Micro and resellers at industry events, presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting and forecasting to support business decisions and ensure alignment with Apple's growth objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in Channel Sales and managing B2B technology accounts.
  • Strong experience with Apple products and solutions, or equivalent experience in premium technology brands.
  • Experience in IT distribution is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales or territory plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred
