岗位设置目的： 根据质保体系，领导产品机加及装配质量管理，组织实施机加及装配质量策划、质量控制及质量改进工作，保证机加及装配的品质及持续改进，以及铸件+外协机加件来料质量管理
主要工作职责：
1. 主导机加件质量策划，质量控制及质量改进 2. 主导装配质量策划，控制及改进 3. 主导铸造+机加件来料质量控制 4. 主导精密测量
关键指标： 1. FPY 2. ICQ PPM 3. CAR&SCAR on time close rate
岗位要求： 1. 本科以上学历，铸造或机械相关专业 2. 3年及以上铸造经验，熟悉铸造工艺； 3. 5年以上机加经验，熟悉机加工艺； 4. 有机械制造行业工作经验优先; 5. 有质量管理经验优先，熟练使用通用量检具，一定的质量管理体系知识，比如ISO9000, TS/IATF16949 等；熟悉常用质量工具的应用，比如 APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, MSA,PPAP,SPC 等; 6. 熟练使用CAD，Solid Cast等绘图软件及Office等办公软件 7. 铸造工程师或质量工程师证书 8. 泵类生产经验优先 9. 英语能适应书面沟通
