Position Summary

Assist the company's business development in conjunction with the sales and marketing teams as well as customers, in order to guarantee commercial performance and customer satisfaction in line with the company's established business strategy.

 

Responsibilities

Support commercial :

  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers on the entire range of PARTENAIR products
  • Inform customers about the prices, availability and delivery times of our products
  • Write the requested quotes and follow up on them (reminders, etc.)
  • Update and track the customer database
  • In coordination with the regional sales managers and the marketing department, monitor and implement marketing operations and follow up on these operations by outgoing calls
  • Update and track the sales pipeline to maximize business results
  • Manage customer reminders
  • Enter orders in the absence of the person responsible for this activity or during an increase in activity.
  • Carry out the necessary reports to monitor the commercial activity (IDM, Bookings, etc.)
  • Assist the finance department as needed with the recovery of amounts owed by customers

 

Relationship with other departments: All departments of the company

Relations with external organizations: Distributors, direct customers, suppliers

 

Basic Qualifications

  • The job requires Bac+2 level knowledge in sales techniques, sales administration
  • 2 to 5 years of experience required in a commercial or administrative capacity, the candidate must demonstrate knowledge or sensitivity to technology
  • Mastery of computer and telephone tools.
  • Versatile.
  • The practice of graphic software for the creation of marketing operations would be a plus.
  • This position is open to people with disabilities.
