Job Summary
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for increasing the sales of the ARO portfolio through all assigned Channel Distributors and Direct Key accounts (OEM, EPCs, and System Integrators.) and for delivering profitable growth for the ARO Business. The ASM will use superior sales strategy techniques and channel management skills and a full understanding of selling skills to ensure that all focus market sectors are targeted and that sales of all ARO products are maximized.
ARO is a global fluid management business that started in 1930 and has been part of the Ingersoll Rand family since 1994. We offer a range of pumping solutions in the chemical, life sciences, food & beverage, electronics, and industrial markets.

Salary Range
8 300 - 13 500 PLN monthly
