The expected salary for this position: 13 000 - 24 000 PLN gross

We are looking for you, if you:
- have hands-on experience with the SAS MRM tool or similar custom-built platforms,
- are skilled in configuring workflows and user interfaces to support model risk governance, using a mix of out-of-the-box and custom configurations tailored to the data model and attributes,
- are skilled on SAS scripting, Java xml and HTML,
- have worked closely with model risk practitioners in a financial institution or consulting environment,
- bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- are enthusiastic, communicative, flexible, and a true team player,
- value transparency, open-mindedness, and embrace diversity and inclusion,
- are based in Poland or willing to relocate.
You'll get extra points for:
- have a knack for taking initiative, helping others succeed, and staying one step ahead,
- enjoy challenging the status quo and proposing creative, forward-thinking solutions,
- have experience with a) SAS Viya, or b) with Python especially for automation or data processing tasks
Your responsibilities:
- maintain, update, and enhance the ING Model Inventory platform,
- design and implement business requirements to support model risk governance, including:
- workflow configuration
- UI enhancements
- notifications, dashboards, and reporting
- scripting and optimization of data processes,
- support ING in evolving its Global Model Risk Management framework,
- participate in testing and debugging activities to ensure platform stability and performance.

We are responsible for the rollout and maintenance of the infrastructure supporting ING’s Model Risk Management (MRM) framework, which covers all models across ING Bank globally.
To further strengthen our capabilities, we are expanding within RiskHub Warsaw—a key location supporting both global and local model communities. Our team facilitates model lifecycle execution, oversight, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting for ING entities worldwide.

What you'll do
