We’re looking for a Digital Banking Customer Growth Manager, Business Banking (internally known as a Customer Journey Expert, Easy Banking) to help shape and deliver exceptional end‑to‑end customer experiences for our Business Banking customers that drive digital sales.

This is a high impact role where you’ll will focus on customer acquisition, use a data led approach to uncover insights, and continuously optimize our customer journeys to improve conversion.


What you’ll do
 

  • Drive the end‑to‑end customer growth strategy, identify priority (sub)segments to target, provide deep commercial and customer insights that result in digital sales opportunities
  • Inform and optimize omnichannel acquisition and conversion strategies (from onboarding through to in‑life engagement and cross‑sell) and work closely with marketing to execute across ATL, BTL, and Always On across digital and owned channels
  • Drive data‑led decision making and performance analytics, building dashboards and insights to optimise conversion, retention, CPA and ROI
  • Shape and optimise Business Banking propositions, using customer insights to improve relevance and value together with product / delivery teams
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Product, Customer Intelligence, IT, Delivery) and indirect stakeholders (Creative and Media Agencies – relationship managed by Marketing) to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic direction through clear recommendations and executive storytelling

What we’re looking for

  • In-depth knowledge of the Business Banking segment, products and service model, P&L understanding, and 10+ years of experience
  • Proven track record delivering full‑funnel growth strategies, optimization initiatives resulting in commercial impact
  • Experience with product launches and/or working with Creative and Media Agencies is highly advantageous
  • High level expertise in analytics, performance measurement and insight‑led optimisation
  • Experience leveraging marketing technology and personalisation platforms at scale
  • Confidence leading and influencing complex, cross‑functional stakeholder environments
  • A proactive, customer‑obsessed individual who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
