As Senior Media Manager, you will manage paid media campaigns in the Belgian market, maximize impact and drive client acquisition, working closely with our media and creative agencies. You bring strong expertise in marketing, paid media and data-driven performance analysis.
THE CENTER OF EXPERTISE COMMUNICATION, BRAND & MARCOM
You will report to the Expert Lead, collaborate closely with colleagues in Growth Area, MarCom and Branding teams, and feel comfortable managing a wide range of internal stakeholders. You will be part of the Center of Expertise (CoE) Communication, Brand & MarCom, a team of more than 50 colleagues.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and define the awareness and consideration campaign media strategy for one or several products, with the goal of optimizing KPIs.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution (briefing, setup monitoring, optimization, reporting) and challenge the media agency across all paid media touchpoints.
Monitor performance campaigns with Performance Media experts, conduct deep-dive analyses, and propose optimizations to meet target KPIs.
Present regular reports, gather best practices and provide actionable recommendations.
Provide feedback to the business on paid media results and growth opportunities.
Define and launch experiments to improve advertising effectiveness.
Advise on future technology capabilities and contribute to shaping the media roadmap.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to optimize campaigns toward defined goals.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or another relevant field.
7–10 years of experience in a media agency or in a media role on the advertiser side.
Proven experience developing and implementing paid media strategies, with hands-on management of both offline and digital campaigns.
Deep knowledge of the Belgian media and publisher landscape.
Strong team player, creative problem solver, always seeking improvements. Continuous optimization mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong data-driven approach with the ability to extract meaningful insights.
Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, CM), Meta/LinkedIn Business Manager and tag managers is a plus.
Ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels through clear communication and reporting.
Excellent multitasking, accuracy and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent spoken and written English.
