Job description
Inframark is hiring a highly qualified Senior Architect with 8+ years of experience to lead complex architectural projects from concept through construction. This role requires advanced design and technical skills, strong leadership, and a history of successful project execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to establish project goals and direction, while also mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout all phases of development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design for complex commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior staff to foster professional development and growth.
- Manage client relationships, project budgets, and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee construction documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, efficiency, and best practices across the firm.
Required Skills and Qualifications
-Extensive architectural expertise across commercial, industrial, and municipal applications.
-Strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Excellent design & presentation skills
-Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
-Technical knowledge of building envelope design
-Working knowledge of the building codes
-Proven project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
-Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
-In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Education and Experience
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
-Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architect.
