This senior-level role is a key member of the Program Management team, responsible for driving requirements gathering, solution design, planning, execution, and successful delivery of GSS initiatives.</span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;line-height:107%;font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif;color:rgb(245, 246, 247);"><br></span><span>As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Advanced Safety & User Experience segment, operating in a dynamic global environment and tackling complex challenges. You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders across high-volume programs and collaborate on strategic directions to deliver exceptional value to our customers.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>This position offers exciting opportunities for professional growth, granting full ownership of product development and lifecycle management for projects that are shaping the future of the automotive industry—making it safer, greener, and more connected.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br><br></span><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br><br></span><span>Translate market trends, customer requirements, and product vision into detailed specifications and effectively communicate these to development teams.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, guiding them through the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Collaborate with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and plan sprint deliverables.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestone achievement.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Develop and execute structured test plans for prototype software validation.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Conduct engineering tests and coordinate software proofs-of-concept (POCs) to evaluate feasibility and applicability.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Lead project management activities from initiation to launch, managing KPIs and project plans across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee deliverables to meet project objectives.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Establish best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br><br></span><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Demonstrated success in delivering international projects, including ownership of business targets and industrialization.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>PMP or PRINCE2 certification.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.</span><span style="background:rgb(29, 35, 42);"><br></span><span>Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.</span></p>
