These values shape everyday work and support the growth of employees in a dynamic, international environment.</p><hr><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p><strong>Equipment and Order Management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate the procurement and distribution of laptops and IT equipment for new hires across multiple locations</p></li><li><p>Manage vendor relationships and track orders to ensure timely delivery aligned with employee start dates</p></li><li><p>Prepare and configure devices, ensuring licenses, policies, and security standards are met</p></li><li><p>Manage laptop inventory across vendors and on-site office locations</p></li><li><p>Coordinate delivery of mobile devices for employees in Poland and other European countries</p></li></ul><p><strong>Onboarding, Setup and Offboarding:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain and update onboarding tickets with accurate and current status</p></li><li><p>Facilitate the onboarding process by setting up user accounts, configuring laptops, and arranging equipment shipments</p></li><li><p>Organize and distribute welcome letters and onboarding materials</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the retrieval of equipment from offboarded employees</p></li></ul><p><strong>IT Support and Troubleshooting:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide second-level technical support, especially during onboarding phases</p></li><li><p>Deliver on-site IT support for the Warsaw office, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with remote IT support teams to ensure consistent service delivery</p></li><li><p>Resolve equipment-related service requests and user tickets</p></li></ul><p><strong>Administrative and Coordination Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Regularly update IT systems and asset trackers to maintain accurate records</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively with HR and other departments to align onboarding processes</p></li><li><p>Support employee conversion processes (role or contract changes)</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot (mandatory)</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in IT support, preferably in onboarding and equipment management</p></li><li><p>Ability to provide independent on-site IT support and troubleshoot technical issues</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational and time management skills</p></li><li><p>Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset</p></li><li><p>Experience with IT service management tools and support practices</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field</p></li><li><p>Experience with multinational or remote onboarding environments</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English and Polish</p></li><li><p>German or French is a strong advantage</p></li></ul><h2>Competencies and Values</h2><p>We are looking for a candidate who:</p><ul><li><p>Fosters teamwork and collaboration</p></li><li><p>Provides and seeks honest, actionable feedback</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates self-awareness and inclusive behavior</p></li><li><p>Shows initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset</p></li><li><p>Is committed to continuous learning and embraces change</p></li><li><p>Is results-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills</p></li><li><p>Communicates clearly and effectively</p></li><li><p>Operates with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and excellence</p></li></ul><h3>Why Join Our Client?</h3><p>This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, international organization where your work will directly support employees and contribute to a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
