You’ll work closely with global stakeholders, support audits and compliance activities, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-evolving organization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare and post daily GL entries in SAP and take ownership of closing activities</p></li><li><p>Record and allocate daily bank statement entries accurately</p></li><li><p>Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies promptly</p></li><li><p>Support SOX compliance, internal and external audits</p></li><li><p>Prepare and reconcile payroll entries and payments</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvements in systems, processes, and business practices</p></li><li><p>Support US GAAP and local statutory audits</p></li><li><p>Participate in ad-hoc projects as the business grows</p></li></ul><hr><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance with <strong>minimum 5 years’ experience</strong></p></li><li><p>Background in a multinational finance environment, ideally in life sciences or pharma</p></li><li><p>Experience transitioning GL processes into SSC/GBS environments</p></li><li><p>Hands-on approach and comfort with daily transactional accounting in a fast-paced setting</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Blackline preferred)</p></li><li><p>Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Confident communicator with strong English; additional languages are an advantage</p></li></ul><hr><h3>Why Apply?</h3><ul><li><p>Be part of a high-growth, globally recognized life sciences organization</p></li><li><p>Work in a modern finance environment with exposure to international operations</p></li><li><p>Hybrid working model offering flexibility and balance</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to influence processes and grow your career in a transforming business</p></li></ul><p>Ready to take the next step in your accounting career?<br><strong>Apply now and let’s explore your future together.</strong></p>
