We are looking for a Senior Appraiser to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

Please note: Due to the nature of the role, this position requires the successful candidate to be on-site full time.

In this role, you will support the appraisal and inventory operations. This role is responsible for completing accurate and timely vehicle appraisals to support pricing and sales decisions, as well as maintaining inventory presentation and coordinating inventory movement for sale or auction.

 What you’ll do: 

  • Independently complete Regional, National, and Pre-Seizure vehicle appraisals, collaborating with other appraisers as required
  • Support pricing and sales decisions through accurate, timely appraisal reporting
  • Maintain Repolot inventory on the physical lot, including relocating, parking, and organizing vehicles within tight space constraints
  • Ensure inventory is kept in presentable, remarketing-ready condition, including washing and detailing vehicles for online private sale
  • Coordinate transport pick-up and unit arrangement following sale
  • Manage documentation and support the organization and disposition of personal belongings in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform other related duties as required

What you’ll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer navigation
  • Ability to safely drive, maneuver, and park vehicles in tight spaces with care and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of basic vehicle handling and maintenance (e.g., boosting vehicles, changing tires); ability to drive a manual (standard) transmission is considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a dealership environment and/or vehicle arrangement is considered an asset
