职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责短视频自媒体矩阵（如视频号、抖音等）运营，制定推广计划、拓展新平台、策划并剪辑视频内容，提升阅读量、粉丝量与线索转化。
2. 负责新媒体平台线上广告投放，制定投放计划，设计广告素材与落地页，对接服务商并优化投放效果。
3. 拓展并对接建材家居领域KOL资源，推动项目合作与推广执行。
4. 联动项目自有资源，策划并执行线上线下互动推广活动，跟踪转化效果并持续优化。
5. 负责项目宣传片的策划与制作，对接外包团队完成成品输出。
职位要求
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，会展经济与管理、市场营销相关专业优先。
2. 熟悉主流新媒体平台运营规则，能独立完成从策划、内容制作到执行推广的全流程。
3. 熟练使用视频剪辑软件（剪映、Premiere等）及设计工具（Canva/Photoshop/AI/CDR）。
4. 具备线上活动策划与执行能力，有一定数据分析及优化意识。
5. 良好的沟通协调能力，抗压性强，能适应快节奏工作。
6. 熟练运用PPT、Excel等办公软件，具备基本文档与数据处理能力。

What you'll do
- The Media Specialist will manage short video content across various social media platforms, develop promotional strategies, and coordinate advertising efforts. Additionally, they will engage with KOLs in the construction and home furnishing sector and execute promotional activities.
