Informa Markets Latam operates throughout Latin America through offices in São Paulo and Mexico City, organizing and delivering more than 30 hybrid events, 70 digital events, 15 content channels, and news portals, generating connections and business opportunities in over 20 market sectors.

• Proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement in the system and provide solutions through automation of manual processes
• Identify, evaluate, and document potential data sources, system improvements and deliverable opportunities
• Continuously produce actionable information for Informa teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, CS and senior management)
• Collect & analyze large data sets and help to delivery useful information and recommendations to business decisions
• Interact with business stakeholders and conduct detailed data analysis on data and system flow
• Provide high level advanced triage support to stakeholders, business partners, and product teams in managing specific issue resolution activities
• Is a data ambassador for the company and leads data-drive concept adoption approach within the team to accelerate the business digital transformation
• Works collaboratively across the teams and wider support teams

Essential

• Professional experience as data analyst or business analyst.
• Professional experience with data viz tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView.)
• Experience with SQL and knowledge of ETL/ELT processes.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Will interact with both internal and external mid/high management.
• Aptitude to work in team and sensibility to when others need help.
• Excellent organization and time management skills to meet deadlines and help others meet theirs
• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity, and attention to details to prioritize work and deliver the correct information to stakeholders
• Great analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes

Desirable

• Programming skills (Python, REST API)
• Understanding of enterprise data warehousing principles, data management concepts and ETL/ solutions
• Knowledge in advanced mathematics, statistics, and probability.
