
Territory Sales Representative | Onsite - Princeton, NJ | Open to local NJ-based candidates only

Work Model: Full-time, on-site (Princeton office, Monday–Friday)
Infopro Learning is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to support enterprise sales growth. This role is well suited for a B2B sales professional with around five years of experience who is ready to take on more ownership, deepen enterprise sales skills, and continue growing their career.
You will own a defined territory and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close. Working from our Princeton office every day, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and solution experts while building strong momentum in your role.
This is a consultative sales position focused on complex solutions and long-term client relationships, not high-volume transactional selling.
This role offers the opportunity to build enterprise sales experience while working closely with experienced sales leaders.
You will:
Own your territory and pipeline end to end
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Work closely with senior sales leadership and solution experts
Sell high-impact learning and workforce solutions
Build a foundation for growth into senior sales roles over time
New Business Development
Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities within your territory
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting
Sales Execution
Manage opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and close
Lead discovery conversations and solution discussions with confidence
Client & Internal Collaboration
Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders
Partner with marketing, presales, and subject matter experts to support deals
Territory Development
Develop a strong understanding of your market, accounts, and client needs
Use insights and data to prioritize opportunities and drive growth
4–8 years of B2B sales experience
Proven ability to own a pipeline and close deals
Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Experience selling learning, training, or professional development solutions is a plus
