🚨 Please Note: This is a full-time onsite role based in our Pune office. Candidates must be willing and able to work from the office daily.

🔍 About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will own end-to-end project execution for a wide range of custom learning solutions. You’ll work directly with global clients, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands adult learning principles and thrives in the dynamic world of digital learning.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations

• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery

• Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists

• Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery

• Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers

• Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution

• Provide clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders

• Manage project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation

• Engage and oversee third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results

• Optimize resource utilization across tools, bandwidth, and partnerships

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 8+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space

• Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle

• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills

• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Instructional Design is a strong advantage

• PMI or equivalent Project Management Certification highly desirable
