About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Studio, focused on creating high-quality, brand-consistent marketing assets at scale. This role is ideal for a designer who is expert in Figma, comfortable working within design systems, and experienced in producing polished, long-form marketing and presentation materials.
You will partner closely with marketing, content, and brand stakeholders to translate ideas and written briefs into clear, compelling visual stories that support demand generation, thought leadership, and client-facing communications.
This is a hands-on design role, not a conceptual-only position. Strong execution, attention to detail, and systems thinking are essential.
What You’ll Do
Design marketing collateral including eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations
Create, maintain, and apply design systems in Figma, including components, libraries, and reusable templates
Translate content briefs into visually compelling designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborate with writers, marketers, and brand partners to ensure consistent visual storytelling
Apply and evolve brand guidelines across multiple asset types
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines and quality expectations
What You Bring
3+ years of professional experience in graphic or marketing design
Expert-level Figma proficiency, including components, Auto Layout, libraries, and design systems (required)
Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Proven experience designing PowerPoint presentations and long-form marketing assets
Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments
Familiarity with Canva in collaborative workflows
Experience building or scaling design systems from scratch
Motion graphics or video exposure (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Ability to visualize complex or data-heavy concepts clearly
