Assistant Project Manager – eLearning Delivery (Onsite, Pune | India-Based Candidates Only)

We are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager with a strong background in the eLearning / digital learning industry to manage the planning and delivery of complex learning programs for global clients working onsite at our Pune office.

This role is ideal for someone who brings structured project planning expertise, hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, and confident communication with international stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring learning projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution for eLearning and digital learning initiatives

• Build, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, dependencies, and timelines using Microsoft Project (mandatory)

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including instructional designers, developers, SMEs, QA, and delivery teams

• Track milestones, risks, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects

• Communicate regularly with international clients, providing clear status updates, managing risks, and aligning expectations

• Use project management, collaboration, and reporting tools (including AI-enabled tools where applicable) to improve visibility and efficiency

• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, timelines, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 6+ years of experience in the eLearning / online learning industry

• 3+ years of hands-on project management experience within learning or training environments

• Strong, practical experience using Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking (non-negotiable)

• Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ people across multiple project phases

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with global or international clients

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complexity, dependencies, and competing priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience working with additional project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Copilot, similar platforms)

• Exposure to AI-enabled tools for project planning, reporting, or decision support

• Basic understanding of instructional design workflows or digital learning development processes

• Experience supporting or delivering projects for international clients across time zones
