About this role

We are seeking an experienced Staff Specialist – Financial Reporting tojoin our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring theaccuracy of financial reporting in compliance with IFRS standards. Youwill work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights thatsupport strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports in accordance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide reliable financial data forbusiness operations.
  • Provide financial analysis and explanations on variances and keymovements
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting issues
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable and Intercompany process, subjectmatter expert to provide advisory on process and guidelines
  • Part of financial reporting team to manage year-end audit process,ensure compliance and timely completion through coordination with internal teams and external auditor
  • Support implementation or enhancement of accounting systems and tools. Drive standardisation, automation and efficiency improvements.


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Sound knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and digital tools forautomation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentwith attention to detail.
