Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Quality management for Software and System projects executed and ensuring the Quality assurance activities are carried like Process Definition, Process straining & Process deployment.
- Management reporting, Process Compliance & Release checks and driving continuous improvement.
- Manages and secures product quality (incl. software quality and security upon requirement) throughout the lifecycle
- Ensures that quality standards and quality requirements from customer are kept/decided/fulfilled/monitored and documented.
- Ensure the compliance of our internal product development processes. Demonstrate advanced analytical skills, problem solving Root Cause Analysis(RCA) and 8Dimensions for customer complaints and process improvements
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
- 6+ years of work experience in Software Quality and Product Quality in embedded software/hardware products, preferably from Security critical domain like embedded solutions, semiconductor industry of BFSI domain.
- Experienced in Agile Scrum methodology, SAFe, preferably a certified scrum master.
- Very good knowledge on SW engineering practices. Knowledge on standards like Common Criteria/ISO 9001/ ISO 27001 is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI and experience on AI in daily work is preferred.
- Demonstrated process improvement, automation, digitization etc.,
- Good experience working across difference cultures & good communication skills.
- Willing to be flexible working across different time zones and support projects.
