Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Windchill applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain Windchill customizations, including Java-based applications, workflows, and scripts.
- Integrate Windchill with other systems, such as SAP and CRM systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windchill-related issues, including performance, data integrity, and security.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Windchill customizations and integrations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans and scripts.
- Stay up-to-date with new Windchill releases, features, and best practices.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in Windchill development, with a strong understanding of Windchill architecture, data model, and APIs.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with Windchill customization, including workflows, scripts, and custom applications.
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, data modeling, and data governance.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
