About this role
In your new role you will:
- Drive key material handling, equipment process, process control & intelligence automation projects to leverage and accelerate the drive for a highly automated. production line.
- Integrate equipment and robotic solutions in BE factory, managing application servers and databases, and managing network infrastructure (switches, wireless) for applications and robots.
- Ensure the robotic solution and its integration are validating the requirement and design, set up application server & its network correctly, performing testing and training, and creating knowledge retention documentation.
- Propose & benchmark automation solutions throughout project phases:conceptual, benchmark, evaluate, and production release implementation.
- Cross site implementation and 24/7 technical standby support after project go-live
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical background in areas such as robotics (OHT, AMR,Humanoid), software application management, network management and database management
- System Integration and Digital/Analog data protocol knowledge.
- Knowledge in Process Control Automation or Advanced Process Control(APC).
- Good knowledge of Project Management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive project milestone fulfillment
- More than 12 years of high volume manufacturing in a semiconductor environment is preferred.
