Key responsibilities in your new role
•Develop and implement technical strategies and marketing plans for the SW
& Tools ecosystem globally, with a focus on Robotics, Microprocessor SW
landscape, Graphics & AI on the Edge.
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends ,opportunities, and
challenges in the SW & Tools ecosystem.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners,
including performing partner due diligence to ensure strategic alignments.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development,
and global marketing, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
•Provide technical support and guidance on SW stacks and SW development tooling
to internal stakeholders and partners.
•Develop and deliver marketing materials, presentations, and communications
tailored for the global market and where needed localized for the Chinese market.
•Monitor and report on market feedback, campaign results, and ROI analysis to
continuously improve marketing strategies.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Embedded software or a related field.
- Fluency in Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech industry, with a focus on software and tools ecosystem.
- Strong technical understanding of SW stacks and SW development tooling.
- Experience in working with international teams and partners.
- Ability to perform partner due diligence and negotiate partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tointerpret market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
- High social competencies, convincing presenting skills, a team player-mindset, entrepreneurial thinking
- Organized and able to multi-task
