Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Administrate Microsoft 365, exchange on-premises, security gateway and mail relay services
- Drive 3rd party software integration testing, deployment and support troubleshooting
- Support M&A project by planning migration strategies and cutover plan
- Develop scripts and jobs for health check , alerting, and continuous system monitoring
- Coordinate changes with all relevant parties, maintain accurate system configuration and documentation
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level user support to global users
- Identify repeated incident for long term improvement
- On-call rotation after support hours for critical system alert or critical incident
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related equivalent fields
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on professional working experience in administering and migrating Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Online
- Experienced in planning, implementation, and execution of large-scale email migration projects on-premises exchange to exchange online
- Excellent critical thinking to diagnose complex issues across multiple systems and environments
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating scripts (Power Shell, Python) for monitoring, alerting, and automating system tasks
- Experienced with Agile methodology
- Highly motivated and quick to grasp new concepts
